Load Dispatch

A load dispatched over a phone call is a rate confirmation nobody can produce later. We build the dispatch system that assigns and tracks every load from pickup to delivery.

What we build

• Load assignment: Loads assigned to the right driver based on location and availability.
• Rate confirmation locking: Rates confirmed digitally before a driver leaves the yard.
• Load board integration: Loads pulled directly from connected load boards.
• Status updates: Drivers update load status directly from their phone.

Implementation scope

Dispatch connects to fleet tracking, so every assigned load reflects the truck's real-time location automatically.
